Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Review previous day’s performance and set Daily management targets.
• Plan and execute Capital and Revenue budget and cost control
• Allocate tasks and resolve teams' concern through daily work management.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance plan.
• Guide the team in breakdown analysis and take sound ICA/PCA and appropriate counter measures.
• Maintenance and calibration of Machines and Equipment
• Implement TPM in Die Maintenance.
• Participate in TPM initiatives
• Energy conservation
• Tools and equipment Management
• Standardisation of Spares and Spare parts management.
• Perform Shop rounds for safety and 3S observations and encourage team to sustain it.
• Communicate with Body Shop for quality issues and tooling concerns and with Die Shop for activities regarding major repairs and new dies design.
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies in die life enhancement through coating and plating.
