Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Preference of experience in OEM- TATA, VW, Suzuki, KIA , FIAT fully robotic weld shop.

• Robot - Fanuc/ ABB
  • Robotic Application – Spot welding, Material Handling, sealant, Co2 welding, Brazing, Laser Brazing, Sash Correction, Hemming, Door fitment etc.
  • Robot Programming & trouble shooting.
  • Ability to resolve concern of Robot Periphery & Integration.
  • Robotic Cycle Time Optimization
  • Trouble shotting of Robot Controllers
• PLC, HMI, Networking, SCADA - Allen Bradly (Rockwell)
  • PLC Programming & Trouble shooting.
  • HMI Programming & Trouble shooting.
  • Knowledge of Device net & Ethernet communication and fault finding.
  •  
• Maintenance of other Equipment. (Body shop Equipment)
  • Adaptive Welding Controller - BOSCH
  • Robotic servo Gun – OBARA
  • Robotic sealer System-GRACO / SCA
  • Conveyor & Material handling system- WEVIN / ATS
  • Manual spot-welding Gun – NASH
  • Electro-pneumatic Fixtures
  • Co2 Welding / Brazing Machines – Lorch, ESAB, FRONIOUS
