Assistant Manager - BOM Plant Engineering

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Create, update, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) in ERP/MRP systems.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, and material requirements.
• Maintain multi-level BOM structures and product configurations.

• Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Implement approved design and material changes into the system.
• Ensure all BOM revisions are documented and traceable.

• Conduct regular audits of BOM data for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, documentation procedures, and quality requirements.
