Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Programming , Operation and trouble shooting of Press Lines , EOT cranes
Diagnosis & trouble shooting Press Mechanical. Depth knowledge and sound concepts for press gears & mechanical assembly and EOT crane mechanical maintenance management
Operation ,troubleshooting &

Functional Competencies

Equipment Hands on Experience- Operating, Maintaining & troubleshooting / installation & Commissioning.

1) Hands on experience of Maintenance of Press line / Robots Material handling equipment's (Yaskawa ,Schuler Make)

3) EOT crane maintenance - Rail alignment / PM planning and major maintenance.

4) Maintenance knowledge of press shop equipment's, (Hoists, Conveyors,) .

5) Knowledge of process parameters, monitoring & controlling the same.

6) Understands hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams . Operations & troubleshooting of Hydraulics & Pneumatics.

7)Knowledge of Maintenance system &MIS - MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Poka-yoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt. Spares Mgt

8) Exposure to manufacturing Execution system (MES).

Qualifications

B.E in Mechanical/Automobiles

Diploma in Mech and Electrical and Electronics
