Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Daily Production Planning , Setup scheduling and monitoring Plan Vs Actual
2. Manpower delpoyment and managing Shifts activities
3. Three day trigger for raw material availbility
4. Ensure SAP declaration for Shift Production
5. OLE/OEE monitoring , Analysing and action Planning
6. Ensuring Planning for Next day to get 80% OLE/OEE
7. Process Losses analysis and action Planning on daily basis
8. Involve all Stakeholder to achieve SMED targets
9. Coordinate with Logistics and SCM to ensure ZERO non confirming Products
10.Team leader development through i4 and MYBs
11.Monitoring and Controlling of FOS items
12.As a CFT member , working in Various CFTs of Shop to achieve department objectives
13.Able to understand and carry out TPM - KK , JH , OTPM and 5S activities as per Master Plan
14.Concern Analysis and resolution through 4M methodology
15.Improving incoming raw material quality improvement through interaction and co-ordination with Supplier.

Experience

3 + years with BE

8+ years with Diploma

Industry Preferred

Automobile and Auto ancillary

Qualifications

B.E in mechanical/Automobiles

Diploma in Engg
