Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Design reviews with COE and capturing Manufacturing feasibility. Performing DMU Mock up study for accessibility checks in CAD

Project Management- New launches

FTG review as well as planning for end to end TCF processes like tools, EOL, Filling Equipment etc

Hands on Experience in EOL processes wheel alignment and RBT

Main roles :

• Daily Work Management- Monitor the set targets on a day to day basis effectively by managing priorities.
• Ensure timely actions for internal/external customer concerns and sustenance of the same. Capturing lesson learnt of current products and ensuring  first time launches
• Adherence to project build phases and APQP/ New product development process
• Preparing and reviewing DCP from project phase to SOP+ 6 months for new launch
• Establish layered process audits mechanism to ensure outgoing quality

• Understand  TPM   and demonstrate execution of their guidelines.
• Identify scope for continual improvement in processes by benchmarking & innovation

• Shop Floor Management with optimum resources ( Right Quality, Quantity & cost effective model)

•Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production, cost, and quality, compliance to safety guidelines, environmental requirements and TPM activities for manufacturing.

Team Management

• Experience in Handling Quality issues
• Detailed Knowledge about TCF process
• Basics of Pneumatics, plugging, wiring, part fitment , sealing and automotive vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of quality system ISO TS 9001:2008
• Knowledge of cargo/chassis, automation setting of new auto body part, Torque Integrity, 1D&3D geometry, Poka-Yoke 
• Usage of QC tools and techniques like MYB approach & 7 QC tools
• Vehicle parts knowledge
