Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Sound theoretical as well practical knowledge of Transmission (How Transmission works)
Experience in dealing Transmission Testing issues & NVH analysis & Failure parts analysis
Sound knowledge of Transmission Assembly Processes, Testing and Gear Technologies
Analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills to establishing quality systems / procedures and managing resources
Experience in Handling Transmission customer complaints and inline rejection analysis
