Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

"• Hands on Experience on Transmission
• Knowledge of Gears Technology.
• Exposure to measuring Instruments.
• Process Knowledge on Gears Mfg.
• Basic knowledge on Forging, Castings and Machining.
• Assisting Manager Production in various activities in activities.
• Assist Managers in production planning activities.
• Daily work allocation to officer/workmen as per schedule and TACT time.
• Regular interaction with SCM, PPC, Maintenance and Workmen.
• Ensuring smooth product ionizing of new product and applicable quality standards.
• Hands on with production planning and control functions
• Understanding and coordinate the production planning functions
• Effective Manpower handling through control of absenteeism and grievances.
• Ensuring system documentation under TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and TPM requirement.
• Driving improvement projects like Kaizens.
• Monthly departmental progress presentation during management review meeting.
