Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Expertise of Electrical/Electronics Hardware- Allen Bradley /  Siemens / Mitsubishi make - PLCs, Drives, Softstarters, HMI, SCADA, Remote IOs, Network Switches, etc.
2. Expertise of Allen Bradley Softwares like RS Linx, RS Logix, Studio 5000, Factory Talk View SE/ME, Drive Executive, RX Networks, & Siemens Software like TIA Portal, Step 7, etc. 
3. Expertise of Electrical / Electronic IT-OT Networks like Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, Devicenet & Modbus also basic knowledge about Cloud computing.
4. Advanced knowledge of AB & Siemens Hardware Firmware upgradation & Control Flashing to Devices. 
5. Expert in VFD, Softstarter & Network Switch Parameterisation, Auto tuning of VFDs & Trials with Load & Without Load, integration of RFID systems, etc.
6. Should have good process knowledge of Various Shops in Automotive Plant such as Press Shop, Body Shop, Paint Shop & Assembly Lines and also technical knowledge about various Conveyor systems, SPMs and Industrial Automation Components.
7. Should have expert hands on knowledge of Interfacing of Third Party Devices with Allen Bradley & Siemens Devices on any Protocol.
8. Should have basic knowledge of Quality process & Gateways in Automotive plant.
9. Should have basic knowledge of SCADA, Factory Talk, WinCC, etc.
10. Should have worked on the implementation of Vision Based AI System for Safety / Quality & Other AI / ML Projects.
11. Should have knowledge about IIOT Sensors, Drives, Motors, PLC connectivity.
12. Should have basic knowledge about MES & Other ERP systems like SAP, etc.
13. Should have basic knowledge about Robotic Systems from ABB, Fanuc, DURR, Kuka, etc.
