Deputy Manager - Heat Treatment

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Production planning & scheduling routine production activities for accomplishment of production targets.
2) Knowledge / Experience in Project Management –  Approval & Control, Activity planning and tracking, Capacity workout, Resource management, Change control & Management
3) Experience of team handling of 15 to 20 people.
4) Capex & revenue budget planning & execution
5) Knowledge of new technology being used for capacity & quality  Safety & ESG improvement.
6) Knowledge of Gear Machining process & Equipment - like Hobbing, Shaving, Rolling, Laser welding, Hard turning, Grinding, Tooth honing & grinding.
7) Knowledge on Heat treatment process.
8) Knowledge of all critical accuracies need to be maintained at Gear machining.
9) Exposure to machine programming & setting of critical equipment./ operation.
10) Well versed with various quality standards such as PPAP, APQP, LQOS, 7 QC Tools, MSA & SPC.
11) Hands on experience on CAD, MS office, SAP
12) Exposure to Material / part handling
13) Basic knowledge of gear box housing machining
14) Basic Knowledge on Gear box / Trans axle assembly process
