Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Work content measurement using MOST for new variants, EN changes, and method changes, along with implementation
Line balancing for different TACT and model mix, including finalization of direct and indirect manpower for each shop
NVA reduction through process changes and method improvements
Strong awareness of productivity improvement tools with hands-on experience
Ergonomics study of line associates/stages to identify GYR status and drive improvements
Hands-on experience in TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts
Work content calculation, line balancing, and execution for new models/variants
Manpower planning and monitoring for the shop
Identification of capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per volume requirements
Driving PDCA approach
