Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Work content measurement using MOST for new variants, EN changes, and method changes, along with implementation
- Line balancing for different TACT and model mix, including finalization of direct and indirect manpower for each shop
- NVA reduction through process changes and method improvements
- Strong awareness of productivity improvement tools with hands-on experience
- Ergonomics study of line associates/stages to identify GYR status and drive improvements
- Hands-on experience in TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts
- Work content calculation, line balancing, and execution for new models/variants
- Manpower planning and monitoring for the shop
- Identification of capacity bottlenecks and debottlenecking as per volume requirements
- Driving PDCA approach
