Deputy Manager-K block paintshop

1. To ensure upkeep of the Mechanical system of Paintshop like Oven,ASU,Conveyors. Will be responsible to make innovations to achieve the department MOP'S.

2. Knowledge of Oven,ASU,Blowers,Pump,Rodip Conveyor system system,elevators & trouble shooting for same.

3.Hands on experience in resolving the Mechanical breakdowns of Paintshop process equipment like Oven,ASU, and conveyors.

4. Knowledge of Painting booth balancing,Oven balancing

5. Hands on experience on various energy saving techniques.

6. Experience on Air filter and DRY-X filter management of Paintshop process.

7. Should have experience in Paintshop maintenance and thorough in Paintshop processes and Paint shop facilities.

8. Knowledge of MS office is mandatory.

9.Knowledge & experience of CBM and TBM methodology for improving machine availability.

10.Knowledge of legal compliances & statutory requirements such as calibration of equipment’s, stack monitoring & all safety equipments.

11.Should have hands on experience of store management (Inventory monitoring of store,consumption monitoring,PR,PO & RGP tracking), spare part management.

12.Planning and ensuring optimum utilisation of man and assets.Initiating and Driving Cost Reduction Initiatives.

13.Responsible for keeping budget under control. Resource planning for the department

14. Knowledge of OSHAS, IMS system requirements & documentation along with compliances.
