Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1            Facility planning - Engine assembly, Engine Testing, Painting, Post test, GPT & PDI.

2            Budgeting - Budget preparation and Budget review

3            FTG identification and time line preparation

4            New project CFT meeting & participation as a CME representative

5            Scope preparation, discussion & finalization 

6            Supplier identification & discussion with supplier on requirement

7            FTG installation & commissiong and conduct prove out activity

8            Ensure zero defect and zero down time due to new facility

9            DCP documents updation as per new project / new model

10          Tools and drawing handover to tooling department

11          Conducted machine, tool trials at supplier end
