Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Good Knowledge of Vehicle assembly process.
- Knowledge of DCP document, PFC, PFMEA, CP..etc
- Knowledge of DFA/DFM to communicate the manufacturing related concern to PD.
- Knowledge of simulation software will be have added advantage.
- Should have knowledge of FTG's (Fixture, tool, gauges..etc) used for assebly process.
- Know the tools like workcontent estimation, line balancing, VA/VE analysis.
- Shall be responsible for process planning, assembly facility planning, workcontent estimation, line side logistics planning..etc
- Shall be responsible to complete all the process deliverable till SOP.
- Should be flexible for implementation of project at multiple plant locations, irrespective of member's base location.
- Knowledge of truck & busses assembly process will have added advantage.
- Knowledge of Civil , Electrical and Automation of equipment's will have added advantage to this
Experience
3 to 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Assembly, Production
Industry Preferred

Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
