Deputy Manager - TCF T Block

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Ensure capacity availability and delivery as per CPPC plans (machinery & manpower)
• Drive zero customer quality issues through robust processes and controls
• Ensure safety of all personnel working in and for the shop
• Lead sustainability initiatives, including reduction in FOS
• Develop and upskill officers; motivate them to assume higher responsibilities
• Formulate strategy for optimum utilization TCF resources to achieve conversion cost targets
• Introduce new technologies and process improvements to meet business objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation, motivating teams to generate and implement new ideas
• Drive sector and plant-level initiatives for effective execution
• Lead and deliver innovation projects
