Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Coordinate, implement and sustain TPM activities across the shop floor inline with TPM roadmap of plant. Monitor TPM action plans, track progress, and ensure timely closure of gaps. On time completion of TPM assessments and reviews
- Improve and maintain 5S standards of shop floor and all other areas of plant through regular 5S audits, gap analysis and action planning with concerned team. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace organization, safety, and visual management. Ensure standardization and discipline in adherence to 5S practices.
- Coordinate MAPS activities and ensure on-time assessment of all Production Units. Track MAPS scores, identify gaps, and support corrective and improvement actions.
- Manage QMS-related activities as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements. Prepare, review, and revise QMS documentation (procedures, SOPs, formats) and maintain master list of documents. Conduct internal audits and coordinate with team for closure of non-conformances.
- Plan and conduct training on TPM, MAPS, 5S, QC Story, 7 QC Tools, and QMS standards to officers and associates.
- Manage Gurukul (dexterity training center) for skill development of associates.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely completion and effective closure of agreed improvement actions registered from various forums.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports related to excellence initiatives on time. Analyse data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and risks. Prepare dashboards for Management review
