Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.To monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction.

2.Good hands on knowledge of TCF Equipments like Filling M/C, Slat conveyors, RBT,WAM, EMS carrier, glass gluing robots, Smoke m/c, Showers.

3.Good knowledge and experience of electrical layout of above TCF equipments and its  components  cabinet,wiring plan,

4.Good knowledge and experience of above TCF Equiments  (hardware,software,parameter loading & programming)

5.Should have the good knowlwdge of Allen breadly make PLC,HMI,  & VFD   programming.

6. Hands on experience on wireless communication system.

7.Should have very good  experience of TCF Equipmtes  intigration & its  communication system

8.Should have good trouble shooting skill all above TCF'S Equipmtes  and able to resolve it independentely.

9.Good hands on experience of Allen Breadily PLC (L83,85 38ERM, L 72.73,75 series is preferable)

10.To monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares.
