Manager - Manufacturing TCF

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Manage day-to-day operations across all shifts for one or multiple manufacturing facilities
• Monitor overall operational performance with focus on production, cost, quality, safety, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, environmental requirements, and TPM activities
• Oversee operations to meet production schedules and performance targets with optimal use of system resources
• Lead workforce planning, capability development, and performance management for operations staff
• Manage, motivate, and develop the operations leadership and management team
• Collaborate with business, sales, and engineering stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and joint initiatives across multiple and distributed facilities
