Manager - Production TCF

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that schedules and performance requirements are met, and system resources are used effectively.
Collaborative working with business, sales, and engineering; coordinating strategies, communications, and joint initiatives for multiple and distributed facilities.
Main roles:
• Daily Work Management- Monitor the set targets on a day-to-day basis effectively by managing priorities.
• Ensure timely actions for internal/external customer concerns and sustenance of the same.
• Adherence to production/ Delivery schedule
• Adherence to training plan as per development matrix and improve/upgrade skill level
• Establish audits / review mechanism to sustain & improve on achieved goals .
• Understand TMW , TPM & MAPS and demonstrate execution of their guidelines.
• Identify scope for continual improvement in WSS, JH & 5S along with maintaining safety at work.
• Shop Floor Management with optimum resources ( Right Quality, Quantity & cost effective model)
•Monitoring overall operations performance and implementing production, cost, and quality, compliance to safety guidelines, environmental requirements and TPM activities for manufacturing.
Experience
10-15 years in Manufacturing
Industry Preferred
Manufacturing/ Automobile
Qualifications
B.E - Mechanical
General Requirements
• Experience in Handling Production (high volume ,low TACT line) issues
• Knowledge about TCF processes
• Knowledge of quality management system
• Vehicle system/component knowledge
