Manager - Production TCF

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for ensuring that no production is lost in the plant due to unavailability of Material.

1) Review SDCA cycle for sustenance for improving effectiveness in manufacturing processes.
2) Building a Quality Culture in the Plant by implementing an effective auditing system
3) Demonstrates execution of MQS guidelines and Reviews
4) Identify and evaluate the Risk of Non-conformance during the process
5) Identifies scope in process improvements , process quality. Analyses the overall process status, reviews the process execution
6) Quality Culture deployment on line by implementing Mahindra guidelines Like QCRT/NOVA C/End Line Testing
7) Ensure compliance to statutory requirements related to products manufactured in the plant.
8) Handling certification agencies tactfully
9) Improving Plant Infrastructure Processes for future challenges
