Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Strategic Planning: Support long-term business planning by aligning data insights with strategic goals and market opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to generate actionable insights and deliver comprehensive reports to leadership.
Performance Metrics: Define, track, and refine KPIs to monitor business health and identify improvement opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
Data Visualization: Design and maintain dashboards and visual tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Control Tower Setup: Lead the development of a centralized control tower to monitor and optimize business operations in real-time.
Problem Solving: Apply structured thinking and analytical rigor to solve complex business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy, analytics, or business performance roles
Prior experience in the automotive sector or in sales/strategy roles is highly preferred
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
MBA from a reputed institute
General Requirements
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive strategic initiatives independently
