Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

BIW Maintenance
1) To improve  Reliability of Equipment with minimum cost.  
 2) Ensuring Zero quality defect due to equipment, 
 3) Ensuring Zero Breakdown or no loss of production due to Equipment breakdown by providing Alternative arrangement.  
4)Spare part cost reduction by various improvement. 
 5)Eliminate unsafe condition.                                                                                                                                                                                       
6)Ensure Equipment Uptime more than 99 % . 
7) Planning and execution of PM, TBM,CBM activity. 
8) Improve MTBF and MTTR by implementing various improvements.. 
9) Equipment Safety check and Calibration check. 
10)Spare part planning and ensure availability. 
11) Cost reduction through energy saving kaizens and spare part cost reduction.
12) Maint. Associate skill level improvement. 
13)Support through valuable idea/Kaizen to improve productivity, Quality, Safety, Conversion Cost.
14) TPM implementation.
