Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• All simulation activity (Formability, Skin evaluation, Spring back, Compensation) for sheet metal
• Virtual vs actual Correlation
• Simulation correleations, enahancement
• Giving final simulation output to SE team for DL creation
• Simulation of Pallets, Trolley, Die Automation & supporting FTGs
• Simulation standard & its update - Acceptance criteria, Material Model, AFR, Simulation Reports etc
• Sync with vehicle CAE for simulation input mapping in vehicle CAE data
• PCR generation for all simulation related issue in Concern management system
• Reduction/optimization of simulation hours/iteration/ license usage
• Clay model, Initial surface data feedback
• Lesson learnt mapping with What went right/wrong doc & its implementation.
• Joint coordination with SE team for project SE & Simulation target on number of dies & yield target

Education Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile 
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile 
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile

General Experience

1 to 8 years of experience in Stamping Simulation, Tool & Die.
The experience in process knowledge, assembly, fixture design, and manufacturing strategy will be invaluable in driving efficiencies and innovation within the automotive industry.

Critical Experience

Formability Green for all CME stamping's Panels with Zero PCR target at TKO stage
Handing over Simulation package (Sim file, Report, SPring back & compensation plan) including to Toolmaker & complete ownership on simulation
Formability simulation on each data release & PCR generation before target date.
Surpassing Project targets Die Ratio & Yield.
