Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Effectively managing and monitoring Dealer on Manpower, Finance and Infrastructure, systems and processes. (Norms)

• Assignment of territories, deployment of targets/share, defining strategies for activities to be conducted by Territory Manager.

• Planning & achieving monthly billing volume.

• Monthly review of TMs and high stake dealership for meeting the desired volume plan.

• Creating an emotional connect with the dealer for effective partnering rather than managing.

• Evaluating business priorities by understanding the impact of industry drivers, economic conditions, government policies and awareness of crop prices.

• Review of Implementation of systems and processes at dealerships and Regular Monitoring of price support and incentives.

• Scrutinise Dealership Financial Health.

• Liaison with the financial group to provide adequate finance retailers at dealerships.

• Drive implementation of various systems, projects, brand promotion and other initiatives as per organizational requirements for sustained business growth at Area/Belt level.

• Monitoring of various customer touch points and ensure execution of sales activities.

• Understand customer expectations (implicit and explicit) and track the trends of changing customer expectations

• Providing feedback on competition activities / product management to State Head.

• Territory Manager Capability Building, Team mentoring, Area/Belt coverage.
