Assistant Manager - Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Assess work content of new projects and identify ways to reduce work content.
• Prepare line balancing
• Productivity improvement
• To make provision for storage of parts as well as for parts on the line side.
• Prepare systems and procedures for storage of parts and line side locations
• Knowledge of inventory norms, stage wise logistic process, knowledge of packaging and material handling equipment.
• Ensuring FIFO and safety
• Finalize Manpower based on MOST & Automotive Manufacturing Practices.
• Responsible for assisting in facility planning for new projects & ongoing EN changes. 
• Communicate with the Administration & SCM departments in case of layout preparations , manpower identification and new product development 
• Responsible for maintaining inventory norms, stage wise process, knowledge of packaging & material handling equipment.

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile 
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile 

General Experience

2-7 years of work experience in Industrial Engineering.
