Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Ensuring smooth production with zero break down MTTR,MTBF
2. Ensuring uninterrupted utility of the plant
3. Understanding on Budget its controlling & Management
4. Ensuring the System implementation
5. Energy Management, sustainability.
6. Understanding of spares part managements and procurement to keep control on cost
7. Understanding of TPM and SAP and tools like  Pm analysis ,why why analysis
8. Understanding of PLC , Scada
9. Understanding of conveyors ,filling equipment’s, Wheel alignment ,Roller brake tester etc

Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelors of Technology in Electrical; Bachelors of Technology

General Experience

2-7 Years of experience in Automobile or Maufacturing
