Tool Management (Raising new tool requirement)
To mointer the life of exiting tool & accordingly to raise the new requiremnt for the tool.
Daily work Managemnt(daily breakdown mointering,plant up time mointering,daily sparepart consumption,Engergy & water consumption daily)
Shift Planning,Manpower allocation
MQS & MAPPS Implementation(Machine Daily Checksheet,PM Checksheet,Machine History Card,Why Analysisi)
root cause analysis of Break Down 

Onhand experience in shopfloor maintenance related to conveyor, Filling machine,roller and brake tester hoist.
PLC knowledge(Programable Logical Controller)
Complete Knowledge of TPM, how to monitor MTTR, MTBF,how to calculate TBM, How to in implement CBM
Implementation of POKA YOKE with inhouse requirement.
Complete knowedge of programming in Allen bradely PLC and SCADA
Should be able to implement and make programme from scratch in allen bradley PLC
Electrical circuit
VFD  & it parameter programing (Variable frequency Drive)
Knowledge of tightening tools and torque
Knowledge of Conveyor system and mechanaical repair
Knowledge of filling machine ( pressure based and Quantity based )
