Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Plan carrier and vehicle numbers AO wise from assigned plant and yard in a timely manner basis.Allocate vehicle by billing, loading and dispatch, based on pending orders and available stock and inform to all concerned.Conduct Audits and Inspection process to continously improve delivery time and cost effectiveness and conduct reviewes to check closing of all open points.Ensure pre outbound cost damage reduction, cost saving through additional frieght management.Yard Management and storage utilisation
