Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Daily monitoring of all DSEs at the dealership. Assist DSEs in effective closure / conversion of machine sale. On the job training of DSEs. Ensure proper implementation of Mand ;M sales processes and ; control systems at the dealership with effective utilization. Manpower recruitment at dealership. Review of all prospective buyers in the beginning. of every month and making action plan for closure of all cases. Assist dealer in preparing weekly travel plans for all DSEs. Implement stand ard systems at the dealership like e-SMS etc. Tracking of payment recovery cases of different financiers. Liquidate repossessed machines of different financiers under dealership. Working extensively on market intelligence involving tracking activities, schemes and ; pricing policy. Maintaining all required MIS and present as and when required. To drive sales target achievement in vehicles and process implementation for CSI/SSI. Sales forecasting by studying past trends and meeting the sales manpower. To finalize business plan for Sales for respective. Dealers on the basis of Dealer Evaluation criteria. Ensure Sales Target achievement as per business plan. Collection and analysis of customer, competition
