Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As a Territory Manager-Sales at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Farm Division, you will be responsible for managing a set of dealerships to achieve various business parameters such as volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spare parts sales, and more. Your role will involve ensuring a viable distribution network by appointing dealers and sub-dealers, as well as facilitating the implementation of various systems at dealerships for improved efficiency.

You will also be in charge of organizing local sales promotion campaigns, product launches, and training dealer salesmen on product features and sales processes. Monitoring competitor activities, implementing incentive schemes for dealers, and liaising with financial institutions for retail financing will also be part of your responsibilities.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelor of Engineering. Additionally, any further certifications related to sales, business development, or automotive industry would be advantageous.
