Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Material procurement and planning for Casting and Forging parts required for Vehicles and Aggregates such as Engine, Transmission (TM), Axle, and Foundry.
  • Utilization of IT tools like DBM / LTP / MRP for effective planning and tracking.Supplier capacity planning aligned with material requirements and timely escalations in case of gaps or constraints.
  • Inventory management to ensure optimum stock levels and avoid shortages/excess.
  • Change management through the Engineering Change Notice (EN) process.Driving cost savings initiatives in Packaging, Material, and Logistics.
  • Coordination and implementation of Packaging cost optimization and Logistics cost-saving initiatives for the department.
