Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an AM - Process Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing (Mfg) division, your responsibilities will include overseeing the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying key deliverables to increase efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid background in process engineering within the manufacturing industry, with proficiency in process optimization, data analysis, and project management. Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving operational excellence will be key to success.

Industry Preferred

Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly within the Farm Division, is highly preferred. Candidates with a deep understanding of agricultural manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies will have an advantage in this role. Knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements is also beneficial.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree and relevant certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are desirable. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset are crucial for success in this role.
