Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an AM/DM Transmission Assembly at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the transmission department. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the assembly process, implementing quality compliance measures, and managing resources effectively to meet production targets.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to OHSAS 18001 standards, driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, and optimising operations management processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in a similar manufacturing setting, with a focus on transmission assembly or related processes. Demonstrated expertise in Facility Management, Performance Management, and Staffing will be valuable in this role. Experience in driving operational efficiencies and implementing best practices will be essential to succeed in this position.

Critical Experience

Critical experience for this role includes a strong understanding of Quality Compliance standards, hands-on experience with operations such as Total Productive Maintenance, and a track record of successful Team Development. Familiarity with Resource Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Operational Excellence principles will be key to driving continuous improvement within the transmission department.
