Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As an AM/DM Transmission Maintenance at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the Manufacturing division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of transmission systems. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performing preventive maintenance on transmission systems.
• Leading projects related to transmission maintenance and improvements.
• Estimating costs and planning for spare parts inventory.
• Ensuring legal compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Fostering a culture of continuous process improvement and innovation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Additionally, certifications in ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, and ISO 27001 would be advantageous. Your education qualification will provide you with the foundational knowledge necessary to succeed in this dynamic position.

General Requirements

With 5-8 years of experience in maintenance, particularly in the manufacturing industry, your general experience equips you with the skills needed to effectively maintain transmission systems. Your experience in preventive maintenance, project planning, and effluent treatment plant operations will be invaluable in this role.
