Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Revenue & Market Growth
- Identify and recruit new Channel partners wherever needed
- Deliver growth through channel partners
- Expand market share across key segment and Govt departments
- Identify new growth pockets, low MS area & key accounts and act accordingly
- Drive closure discipline and enquiry conversion
2. Channel Management & Development
- Strengthen dealer capability, engagement, and accountability
- Ensure:
- Commercial discipline (pricing, credit, collections)
- Branding & Activities planning and implementation
- Adequate manpower at dealer level
- Drive channel productivity improvement
- Collaborate with internal team
4. E-Powerol & Digital Enquiry Ecosystem
- Own E-Powerol platform effectiveness:
- Database management of enquiries
- Tracking and improving conversion funnel
- Ensure:
- Scheme communication and clarity
- Dealer motivation and adoption
- Regular engagement to drive volumes
- Build “brain equity” (market intelligence, data insights, customer trends)
5. Dealer Management & Capability Building
- Focus on:
- Performance management
- Capability building
- Succession planning (develop next line of leaders)
6. Territory Governance
- Ensure:
- Clear territory discipline and minimal infringement
- Channel conflict resolution
Experience
8-10 Years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Education Qualification & Experience
Elect/Mech. Engineering graduate with about 8 to 10+ years’ experience. MBA preferred.

5) Genset application/usage understanding
