Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- As a Territory Manager Sales at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd within the Farm Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving enquiry generation and conversion strategies tailored for farmers possessing large landholdings. A key part of your role includes upskilling laborers and tractor drivers, enhancing their expertise in operating farm mechanization equipment effectively and safely. By implementing bundled solution-based selling, you will articulate and showcase the integrated benefits of Mahindra tractors combined with its extensive range of implements, thus driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless territory coverage, optimize sales planning, and implement robust customer relationship management practices. - The ideal candidate for the Territory Manager Sales position should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
