Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Managing tractor and non-tractor revenue of the state.Credit and financial exposure management for tractor and non-tractor business.Dealership level budget planning and management.Dealer working capital management.Control administrative cost by ensuring that back office maintain daily expense record and review fortnightly.Build healthy relations with retail finance organisations and govt organisations.Market Share, Financial Control, Development of Area.Ensuring Product availability as per requirement.Understand customer expectations (implicit and explicit) and track the trends of changing customer expectations.Participate in development and /or execution of field activities, designed as per geographic conditions and market trend and how it will help the channel partner to maximize sales.To provide regular feedback to Product Management, Product Development, Customer Care on customer care /dealers perceptions on launched products.Providing feedback on competition activities / product management to HO.Plan, review and implement, govern dealer systems and processes at dealership level.Managing billing of tractors / parts / implements as per credit management policy.Plan long term and medium terms strategies to achieve business targets for the state.Evaluating the economic scenario, business scenario, change in customer needs, micro and macro analysis, competitor strategies so as to take necessary decisions to achieve the budgeted market share and volume for the state.Design of promotional activities dealer wise / area wise / state wise.Support strategic expansion of network in the state with the overall organizational strategy.Inventory management and depot operations for the state.Monthly Reviews with TM, weekly with AM and critical dealers with timelines.Review of other business like Service and spare with in state and CSI improvement.Brand Promotion and Strategies at local level - Execution of Strategies made by Brand ing Head.Enable and coach the Area Manager and Territory Manager.Retention of talent at both office level.Team Development- Competency building through training and assigning critical projects.Participate in selection of manpower at unit level
