Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Develop and execute sales strategy in line with mid to long term business goals.
  • Drive sales by executing Break Out growth Strategy
  • Develop and execute channel capability and competency actions and program to support business.
  • Enable business with DBSS.
  • Develop and execute secondary channel engagement plan to improve reach and extraction.
  • Develop and execute program and action to improve engagement and preference of MGSP by aftermarket mechanics.
  • Create market communication strategy.
  • Systems/ SAP knowledge:
  • Proficient in Excel, MS office
  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Understanding of Channel DBMS, Mobile technology, Web technology

Education Qualification

MBA / Bachelor of Engineering/BE

General Experience

6-10 years

Any Additional Knowledge:

  • Proficient in data analysis and analytics
  • Vendor management capability such as creative agencies, IT vendor, Loyalty program vendors etc
