Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience within manufacturing environments, preferably within the automobile or tractor industry segments. Experience should demonstrate the following:
- Hands-on exposure to assembly backend operations encompassing workflow optimisation, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
- A proven track record in applying production management theories to real-world manufacturing challenges, contributing to operational cost efficiency and improved productivity.
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams and coordinating efforts to foster continuous improvement and maintain safe working conditions.
- Familiarity with the use and management of controlled documentation to support compliance and standardisation.
- Practical engagement with quality management tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000 standards, and audit processes.
