Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Independently handled overall Metallurgical lab activities..Knowledge of Surface treatment process And Painting Process..Metallurgical Failure analysis of all customer issues (In-house, User plant, Field.Proactive audit of supplier parts at certain defined frequency.Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective actions from supplier.Proactive audits at supplier end for special process (Heat treatment/plating.Supplier Audits periodically.Provide technical support / Guidance for SQA team with respect to metallurgy.Certification in Lead auditor in ISO 9001:2008 and internal auditor in ISO/TS 16949.Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, APQP
