Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. IS Business Scale-up & Commercial Operations: Support the IS business team to scale operations at a national level
Ensure timely pricing approvals and billing within defined TATs
Drive operational efficiency in proposal processing and commercial approvals
2. Financial Discipline & Subsidy Management: Manage subsidy empanelment across key states
Track subsidy timelines and ensure compliance to deadlines
Strengthen financial subsidy and non-subsidy business
3. Growth in Non-Subsidy Business: Drive increase in non-subsidy sales
Ensure completion of GeM registration processes, documentation, and approvals
Facilitate pricing alignment and approvals
4. MIS & Data Management: Collect, maintain, and analyze business data for decision-making
Publish daily and monthly MIS reports
Enable data-driven insights for leadership
5. Process Improvement & Digitization: Integrate pricing-to-credit note processes within Salesforce
Drive process standardization and automation
Ensure adherence to digital workflows
Education Qualification
DIploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering
General Experience
2-5 yrs (Tractors prefered)
Should posses knowledge about tractors & its application
Other Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multIple priorities with high accuracy
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
