Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Channel Expansion: Complete segment wise Channel Road map strategy for next 3 years basis Vol ramp up plan, projected service loads, coverage, representation & format suitability. Oversee new prospect assessment, business note, proposal evaluation, decision note, LOI and project progress status tracking till onboarding
Corporate Identity Norms: Channel guidelines finalization for different formats of Channel representation for Sales & Service with respect to Area requirements, space allocation, Internal & External Elements, vendor selection & appointment for final dissemination.
Dealer Satisfaction: Strategising a system to monitor dealer performance, measure dealer satisfaction levels that can guide corrective course of action and serve as a reporting mechanism for dealer management
Channel Reengineering: Devising strategies for Channel Reengineering to build sustainable dealership models. Establish concepts for new outlets / setups which are frugal, viable while addressing market potential and customer expectation. Keep abreast of channel innovation by competitors
Dealer Management: Ensure legal derisking and due-diligence during closure, partner exit and transfer of operations between existing dealerships. Work closely with leadership in case of termination of existing channel partner.
