Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Communicating the daily work plan, Quality plan & production, quality loss to workmen. 
• Organizing the work force & deployment on stages based on skill and competency level of workman.
• Evaluate each workstation of machining process to ensure maximum efficiency, to improve process, to improve tool life, to reduce work content.
• Handling & resoling live issues related to Process, Quality & safety.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job.
• Latest technology changes, cutting tool materials and geometries.
• Defect identification and root cause analysis & action planning.
• New model Machining set up, line setup, and ramp up.
• Revenue cost reduction initiatives for implementation and practice Improvement idea generation and implementation.
• Interaction with all support functions and concern resolution with the help of CFT.
• Benchmark best practices across other plants and industry for manufacturing excellence.

General Experience

Critical Experience

Knowledge of machining processes, CNC programming on HMC & VMC is must

Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, TQM
