Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
# Key Competition Customer Acquisition
# End to end resolution of existing customer issues & Retaining them
# Improving Share of business with customers & improving overall revenue for the company
# Improving customer engagement with various activities - Pre sales to post sales
# Establishing HCV Vehicle Performance-B2B sucessful Quality trails
# To help in improving capability of the team and to monitor their performance
# To manage good relationship with KAM customers
# To identify & deal with strategic/KAM customers
# To ensure presence of MTB Products in consideration set of these KAM Customers in all their deals
# To work with KAM Customers to ensure good experience in the entire sales process
# Build a good network with all KAM customers in the region
