To devise and drive strategy through the FFT team for enhanced workforce quality:
Design and implement the sales workforce structure at dealerships to optimize costs, quality and customer experience.
Monitor adequacy, retention and productivity of dealership sales teams.
To spearhead training content and capability building interventions:
Work with brand & functional teams and develop product/process content for field team trainings.
Manage the cluster trainer network to ensure availability of adequate good quality cluster trainers to deliver the training objectives.
Plan and execute capability building interventions like soft skills programs, leadership development etc.
Optimizing training cost for M&M and Dealers with no compromise on quality.
Leveraging digital platforms to keep abreast with evolving business models.
Drive Process Excellence:
Review and design current sales processes across the LETBR journey and implement necessary process interventions to build a smooth and seamless customer journey.
Review process adherence metrics and KPIs and plan necessary corrective actions to address areas of improvement.
Lead and mentor the team in the domains of capability building, customer experience, manpower productivity to achieve the shared departmental goals & organizational vision.
