Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Mandate: Lead two Centres of Excellence to shape and scale organization-wide culture transformation, change interventions, and the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) agenda. Own the design and execution of high-impact interventions in Culture, R&R, employee engagement (MCARES) & D&I, to strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership behaviours, and employee experience across geographies.

 

Core Responsibilities

1. Culture & Change - Design and scale enterprise culture and change interventions aligned to strategy – e.g: Safe2Express, Psychological Safety etc

2. Inclusion & Diversity

  • Own and execute the I&D strategy across India and global businesses for Farm Sector.
  • Drive focused, outcome-oriented inclusion programs across the organization, esp. tailored to different functions such as sales & customer care, plant ecosystem, global businesses etc.
  • Work towards focussed strategies to improve gender hiring.
  • Build governance, dashboards, and leadership accountability.

3. Reward, Recognition & Engagement

  • Lead enterprise R&R frameworks that reinforce engagement and connect – e.g: MCARES, ME Zones etc.
  • Drive high-impact engagement initiatives using employee insights and ensure consistency with flexibility for local adaptation.
  1. Business Transformation Projects – e.g: Powerol Transformation, Agri Business Transformation, Farm Machinery Collaboration etc.

Experience

8- 10 yrs of experience in organizations known for its HR practices

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

MBA HR from good institutes
