Manager - Bazaar Sales

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

•    Set product strategy from concept to actual for various part group
•    Conduct financial analysis - forecasting, tracking, analysis and reporting on the parts - ensuring that the part meets business needs terms of units sold
•    Set product positioning, pricing & distribution strategy
•    Implementation of Newly introduced Parts business in the field
•    Gain and maintain expertise in the product, market and business trends
•    Develop go to market plans. Work in collaboration with sales and marketing team to implement them.
•    All India Business improvement in Assigned Product group
•    Continuously monitor competitor and industry development
•    Financial Analysis - Contribution improvement for the product Categories
•    Identify white spaces for specific product / lines and create communication/ awareness drives to improve the same
•    Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
•    Provide Tools and Aides for Field Team providng high business impact at low cost
•    Create Marketing Communication materials to support the product/product line.
•    First Brand Offer - Top Consumable Parts to be the preferred brand for retailers to offer to customers
•    Create customer preference (Pull) for genuine spares
•    Circular and performance matrix - state wise/ Db wise/ retailer wise/ mechanic wise 
•    High level of Data Analytics to identify opportunities and provide action points for field team to act upon
•    Contribution in planning of new initiatives and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
•    Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
•    Developing a budget and operating plan for the initiatives
•    Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
•    Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
•    Producing accurate and timely reporting of initiatives status throughout its life cycle.
•    Analyzing program risks.
•    Working on strategy with the marketing team
 

Education Qualification

B E / B Tech.  MBA preferred

General Experience

Experience:   

 6-10 years
•    Auto Spares/Battery/Lubes Oil Distribution  (Automobile Industry/ Lubes Oil will be preferred)

Critical Experience


Critical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access & Power point)
Data / Trend analysis & Forecasting skills
Knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI / Tableau / R / Python will have preference  
Hands on experience in SAP
