Manager - Dealer Performance

Competencies
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Monitoring & Reviewing Dealer Health on a monthly basis with indices like Market share, financial health, Competition data, Salesmen Productivity, coverage data, etc.
- Creation & monitoring of Network blueprint for FD and adherence to network expansion plans for primary & secondary networks
- Implementing, monitoring & reviewing -- strategies for Weak District Development – LSM (Low Share Markets)
- Provide capability building support to de-growth dealerships and implement actions on identified areas of improvement
- Dealer Satisfaction Survey – Drive dealer profitability programs and Implement Actions for bringing down overall cost for dealers
- Visit & Support to Key Dealerships
- Monitor performance of Franchisees upgraded to dealers and ensure achievement of targeted volumes & market shares.
- New Dealer performance tracking. Review new dealer performance with area managers in monthly meetings
- Conducting field level analysis like Win Loose, SFA, Village level planning and management (VLPM), Categorization of Hot NPC and advances of key dealerships and providing such analysis to area office and TM for business decisions
- Undertake Innovation projects (Mass customization, Solution Selling, Flagship Stores)
- Creation of Brand Experience Centres for Experiential Selling
Preferred Industries
Education Qualification
Engineering graduate (Post Graduation in Management will be preferred)
General Experience
1) Proficiency in computers - MS Office, SAP knowledge would be as asset
2) Good communication skills - verbal & written
3) Good presentation skills
4) Willingness to travel
5-8 years of relevant experience & handling dealership network, Having experience in handling Automobile related Dealers in any/multiple functions of Sales, Channel activities, training etc
