Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Objective: The Pricing and Commercial role is responsible for managing and overseeing the pricing activities, including the release and maintenance of various price lists, and ensuring accurate price revisions. Additionally, this role will support commercial operations particularly GST compliance and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing:
1.    Price List Preparation and Release:
    Responsible and accountable for Vehicle Price Release to field with 100% Accuracy.
    Prepare and release price lists for Dealer, CTC, NON-CTC, B2B, CSD, Capitalisation, GeM within the stipulated timelines.
    Designing vehicle prices based on the business needs for All locations, specifically for New Launches.

2.    Price Maintenance:
    Maintain and update prices and BNDP schemes in SAP system.
    Implement price revisions for new variants, new model codes, and new dealers efficiently.

3.    Consumer Schemes:

    Cash discount maintenance in MS Access and SAP
    Price list preparation with consumer schemes.

4.    Special Pricing Orders:
    Handle pricing for special orders including B2B, demo vehicles, liquidation support orders, government orders, CTC/NON-CTC orders, sales return and rebilling orders, scrap vehicle orders, IGST orders, auction vehicle orders, and SEZ orders.

5.    Reconciliation:
    Conduct BNDP scheme reconciliation and sales register reconciliation regularly.
    Track and monitor dealer price lists to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Commercial:
1.    GST Reconciliation:
    Facilitate GST reconciliation, including ITC mismatch reconciliation for channel partners
2.    Agency Coordination:
    Coordinate annual review and empanelment of ATL/BTL agencies across all zones.
    Ensure smooth functioning and coordination of ATL/BTL activities.

3.    Dealer Support Fund:
    Work on Dealer Support Fund payout calculations and management.

4.    GST TDS Acceptance:
    Handle GST TDS acceptance and knocking off outstanding amounts meticulously.

Education Qualification

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
•    Prior experience in pricing and commercial roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
•    Proficiency in SAP and other pricing management software.
•    Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
•    Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

General Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing management / commercial operations in a similar industry

Critical Experience

•    Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
•    Strong understanding of GST laws and regulations.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
•    Functional knowledge in SAP SD Module.
