Roles and Resposiblities

Digital Sales Role

 

1 - Lead Flow Information (Brand I Dealer I Car Portal) : - KPI Monitoring Vs Plan & Lead Flow for key markets & products. 2 - OLM Management: Online Lead Management Reports - Monitor assignment & follow-up  & TAT , Test Drives , Improved CX & conversions . 3 - GMB & Customer Actions - Customer Reviews: Sensitization on usage of Digital assets & Ensuring Right CX and Implementations. 4 - Hyperlocal Campaign Progression / Review  : - Identify Models and Campaign Trail for the month based on Volume planning & market needs Hyperlocal Calendar Planning, Execute target Leads & Output from teams and driving CPLs, E-B & E-R. , Feedback on KPIs for day / week & Continue Retarget if required . 5 - Creatives from agency based on brand feedbacks on ideations shared Coordinate for approval, suggest changes as per regional context and ensure timely execution of campaign , Final creatives for running ads / topical posts , Vernacular support & execution. 6 -Close Coordination with – Google & Meta Team for Smooth Operations. 7 - Digital Manpower Adequacy - Adequacy & Quality at dealerships.Presence of BDC structure & Lead Nurturing Process , Monitor availability of trained digital manpower with BDC in place for handling digital leads, align RO on gaps. Plan and design training module for covering basic needs, capability building of digital manpower at the dealerships. Further planning based on assessments. 8 - SOP & Process - Defining end to end customer journey of digital enquiries at dealer end, ensuring adherence of same to give superlative customer experience. 9 - Escalated Booking Support Issue: Ensuring smooth operations in BAU. 10 - RO/Dealer Visits - Reviewing business performances, understand challenges being faced in daily operations – work with RO on corrective actions to be taken. Reviewing processes at dealer end – suggest corrective actions.

Sales Ops Part

  1. Devise & Drive Sales Strategy for M&M products.
  2. Study competition strategy and counter ideas along with Market Intelligence data.
  3. Study Weak Signals in Markets and drive Initiatives to support field in volume & market share growth.
  4. Networking with key competition to collect insights and present to management time to time for key decisions and presentations
  5. Support in Driving Product Launches across UV & PUP Segment & manage Sales Launch & Execution for New Products.
